It is the year 2030. Revolution in Russia has shaken the western world and failed operations have crippled Britain’s covert and military resources. A specially selected child agent is sent in to resolve the conflict; he is only nine-years-old. The boy succeeds, at a price of his own, and the war stabilizes. The first league of adolescent spies is formed in response to the original’s effectiveness.
